Tartan Tee ;Day 71
Tartan Tee
Loving the tartan streak that's hitting the high street at the moment! Thank you Scotland for this marvelous pattern. I recently bought my tee from ASOS as I had been searching for a slightly oversized and light weight version for quite a while but also one that's not going to blow a huge hole in my bank account. I'm quite fussy when it comes to finding t-shirts that fit nicely and not too boxy or something that fits like lyrca.
I usually don't wear red either as I'm not a core die hard fan of the colour (no offense to those red lovers) but once you thread it into a pattern then I become a red-itioner (tried to be clever and make a fan name.. Just stop.)
I wore my tartan with my wet look leggings as I felt I should stick to black trousers to allow my tee to be centre piece. I also wore my brogues to add a classic 80's look to my outfit and finally polished my whole attire off with a statement spiky necklace as I haven't worn many chunky pieces lately.
You may have also noticed a little hair is missing from the top of my head as one night I decided to add a fringe to my locks. I had a pair of scissors and got a little inspired by he many fringes surrounding me day to day. For me it has really marked the start of Autumn as I associate fringes/bangs with chilly weather? Not quite sure why?
Brogues- NewLook (similar ones available at NewLook)
Cha'll for now. Peace&Love xoxox
